1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, preferred language), licensing data (MT5 account numbers you activate), order and wallet records, support messages, and technical logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security.

2. What we do not collect

The EA itself makes no network connections: it never transmits your trades, balance, broker, or any telemetry. License validation happens entirely offline on your computer.

3. How we use data

To operate your account and licenses, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and send transactional emails (verification, receipts, expiry reminders). We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

4. Payments

Crypto payments are handled by our payment processor; we receive payment status and identifiers but never hold your wallet keys.

5. Retention & your rights

Financial records are retained as required for accounting. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention duties) by contacting support from your registered email.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary first-party cookies only: session, CSRF protection, and your language preference.
