Terms of Service

1. The service

Aiobot.me provides an expert advisor ("EA") for MetaTrader 5 — the Guard risk-protection engine and the Promax ICT/SMC charting panel — together with a licensing dashboard, wallet, and referral program. The EA is licensed, not sold; all intellectual property remains with Aiobot.me.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback attempts, or attempts to reverse-engineer the EA or its licensing.

3. Licensing

The EA runs without a license on demo accounts. Live (real-money) accounts require an active license bound to a single MT5 account number. License keys are generated for the exact account number you supply at activation and cannot be moved to another account. If you activated the wrong number, support can revoke that license and issue a compensating pending license for you to activate against the correct account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through our payment provider. A purchase is complete only when the payment reaches finished status on the blockchain. Prices, plan durations, and features may change; changes never affect licenses already purchased.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice. The EA is a software tool that enforces the risk rules and displays the chart analytics you configure; the trading decisions and their outcomes remain yours. Markets carry inherent risk and losses can exceed expectations. See the Risk Disclosure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiobot.me is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker failures, network outages, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
